Join us for Pilates and Playdates, an energizing class designed specifically for postnatal moms and their little ones!
In this 75-minute session, you’ll enjoy 45 minutes of Pilates tailored to help you rebuild strength and reconnect with your body after childbirth. There will be a strong focus on core stability, pelvic floor health, and overall well-being, all while enjoying time with your baby. After the workout, unwind and connect with fellow new moms for 30 minutes of relaxed social time.
Come join a network of women experiencing similar joys and challenges.
What to Bring:
A blanket for your baby to lay on
A baby carrier for hands-free cuddling
Grip socks for comfort and safety on the mat

This course is non-refundable but is transferable up to a week prior to the start date. You’re welcome to signup for both sessions.
Please note: Strollers are not a possibility due to the stairs to get up to the studio.
